What kind of home will make Princess's dreams come true?
* A home with someone who understands the extra commitment of time and energy it takes to care for a special-needs pet.
*A home with someone who understands the financial responsibilities of caring for a special-needs pet
*A home where she is going to be the only "child," getting the attention she needs and deserves
* A quiet household with someone who has lots of love to offer this charming girl
Princess had glaucoma, causing her to go blind in both eyes. Glaucoma increases the pressure within the eyes. It was a painful condition that could not be resolved with medication. Consequently, Princess went to a veterinary eye specialist. The vet removed her eyes and implanted prosthetic eyeballs to give her a more normal appearance. She will need a "seeing-eye person" who understands the needs of a blind dog. She is quick to adapt to her surroundings, is a good listener, and is very loving towards people. She must always be walked on a leash when outside the house and not in a fenced yard.
